You really can’t beat the taste of homemade sausage rolls straight out of the oven.
This recipe is just sausagemeat mixed with garlic and parsley and some water (which will encourage the puff pastry to rise).
Roll out your puff pastry into a long strip, fill with sausagemeat, seal and bake in the oven at 180C for 25 minutes. Easy and scrummy.
